Bandsaw for optimized longitudinal cutting of blocks with a wide blade. After cutting, the blocks are transported on triple ASA60 chain tracks and upper pressure rollers activated by sensors, valves, and pneumatic cylinders. The side boards are directed to the waste conveyor by gravity. The cutting width is automatically adjusted based on readings from the previous equipment. Features an electro-hydraulic tensioning system for the blade.
