Forest model drum wood chipper for chip production from wood, twigs and wood waste, developed on chassis, wheeled tandem, entry mat with articulated steel mesh and rubberized belt outlet mat, hinged for transportation, upper pulled roller system toothed presser and counter extractor hydraulic razor. Diesel engine with automatic load control, allowing the chipper to work autonomously through hydraulic drives for roller traction system and cylinder drive, automated clutch and wireless remote control, panel display with alarm and engine operating data. Included 01 knife set, 01 counter-knife and jig to regulate the knives, the equipment contemplates next to the electric panel display with alarm and machine operating data, all functions being done on the panel. The rotor is fully welded into carbon steel structure and balanced through electronic apparatus, the rotor assembly on the shaft and made through expansion bushings. The same has a wear system, containing interchangeable parts that are exchanged in parallel avoiding a high cost of rotor maintenance as welds and the loss of production time per maintenance stop. It has interchangeable components such as the base of the knife, located at the bottom front of the knives, place of greater abrasiveness of the chip and bushings of the knife tightening threads, since the knives are made of special steel, seasoned and rectified. Next to the knives accompanies the adjustment jig of the depth of the knife in the rotor, speeding the assembly of the same, the knives are fixed to the rotor through screws and counter-knives are mounted in such a way as to dispense with regulation, screwed on to support the extraction and made by hydraulic puller, they are manufactured in such a way as to be used the four sides of the cutting edges. It has carbon steel bearings with self-bearing roller compensator. The sieve is manufactured in carbon steel sheet.
