The BRONCO Forest Chipper is designed for producing wood chips from logs, branches, and wood residues. Mounted on a reinforced chassis (towed by a tractor) with a four-wheel tandem system that distributes the load evenly, it features four hydraulic leveling pads, a steel mesh infeed conveyor, and an articulated rubber belt discharge conveyor for easy transport.
The system includes a toothed upper feed roller with a pressing mechanism and a hydraulic counter-knife extractor. It is equipped with a diesel engine with automatic load control, operated through hydraulic drives for roller traction and cylinder movement.
The unit also features a tension-type clutch and remote control with multiple functions, a dashboard display showing engine operating data, and an alarm system.
