This board bundle de-stacker is designed to efficiently process lumber packages. Board bundles are placed by a forklift onto a 6,000mm long buffer conveyor. This conveyor features chain ways that transfer the bundle to the elevator. The bundle is gradually lifted, releasing one layer of boards at a time. Each layer is then transferred via chain ways to the unitizer. Stickers (spacers) are separated from the boards by gravity and drop onto a lower belt conveyor.
The equipment boasts a reinforced structure of tubes and beams, ensuring a long service life. It comes complete with an electrical control panel featuring a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and an inverter.
